Pure veg · Sudershan Park, Delhi · Since 1867
Fresh ingredients every morning, a pure-vegetarian kitchen, and the plate Sudershan Park has been coming back for across generations. Walk in — we are open 9 to 9, every day.
A short menu, made properly. Chole simmered slow, bhature fried to order.
Two puffed bhature, straight from the kadhai, with our slow-cooked chole, onion and pickle on the side.
The same plate, made heartier with soft paneer stuffed in — the one regulars order when they have skipped breakfast.
Titu Di Hatti has been serving chole bhature from Sudershan Park since 1867. The shop is small — eight seats — and the menu is short on purpose: we would rather make two things properly than twenty things quickly.
Everything is pure vegetarian. The chole is cooked fresh each morning, the bhature are fried only after you order, and our kitchen is FSSAI registered and cleaned down daily. It is the sort of place where families come on a Sunday and where the same faces turn up every week for breakfast.
